Welcome to 100% Real Estate Inc.(Pensacola).  Our primary mission is to market and sell HUD owned properties. These are homes which previously were purchased using an FHA loan. When the buyer defaulted on the loan the ownership of the property was transferred to HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development). From there an FHA appraiser visits the property and does a full FHA Appraisal report setting the value of the property. After the price is set, the sales branch (who is a subcontractor for HUD) then markets the property, answers questions from buyers and submits bids.

In today's market we receive new listings most every week. We are adding the inventory of homes to this web site  each week as they come in.
